Monthly Group Sacred Sauna Ritual

Cancellation Policy and Safety Waiver

Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the event. Safety Waiver: By participating in this sauna ritual, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Sauna use involves exposure to high heat and humidity and may pose risks, including but not limited to dizziness, dehydration, overheating, fainting, burns, slips, and falls. I understand that people with heart disease, pregnancy, some neurological conditions, medications that limit temperature regulation, implanted medical devices, recent alcohol/drug use, or advanced age may not respond well to sauna use. I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical issues that would make sauna use or cold exposure unsafe for me, or I have consulted a medical professional prior to participating. I am participating voluntarily and understand that I may leave the sauna or ritual at any time. I understand that this experience is not medical treatment. I agree to follow all guidance provided by the facilitator and listen to my body throughout the experience. I understand that various plants, including birch, pine, oak, spruce, juniper, mugwort, yarrow, nettles, rose, rosemary and others may be included in the ritual. I will advise the facilitator if I have any allergies or sensitivities. I understand that this is a substance free event and I will not consume alcohol or take any drugs prior to or during the event. I understand that if I am suspected of using these substances I will be directed to leave. I understand this sauna ritual is for those 18 years and older, and I am at least 18 years old. I release and hold harmless the event host, facilitator, and venue from any liability related to my participation, except in cases of gross negligence. I have read, understand, and agree to the safety waiver above.
